Coaching the whole person

For me, life, work and physical activity aren’t separate things. They influence each other.

Your career affects your energy. Your energy affects your choices. Your confidence affects what you’re prepared to try. Your physical wellbeing affects how you show up at work and at home. And sometimes achieving something physically – learning to swim, completing a first triathlon, running a marathon or simply becoming more active – can change how you see yourself in other parts of your life.

My role isn’t to tell you what your life should look like.

It’s to give you space to think, to ask the questions that might otherwise get lost in a busy life, to challenge you when it might help, and to support you in turning what matters to you into something you can actually act on.

I’ve trained as a Level 5 Professional Coach and hold an EMCC-accredited coaching qualification, alongside qualifications and experience in coaching and mentoring, education, leadership, swimming and triathlon.

But the most important part of my experience is perhaps what sits behind those qualifications: years of working with people, seeing them through change, and learning that there is rarely one right way forward.

I’m still learning that myself.

I’m building a new business and a new chapter of my own life. I’m still setting goals, trying new things, working out what comes next and occasionally being surprised when someone calls me an entrepreneur.

And perhaps that’s the point.

You don’t have to have everything worked out before you make a change.

Sometimes you just need some space to work out where you are, where you want to go, and what the next step might be.

That’s where I can help.
