Sometimes life looks fine from the outside, but something doesn’t feel quite right.
You might be juggling work, family, relationships and other responsibilities, while wondering where you fit into it all. Perhaps your circumstances have changed, your priorities are shifting, or you’re simply asking yourself what you want from the next stage of your life.
Life coaching gives you space to stop, think and look at the bigger picture.
I work with people who are navigating change, looking for greater balance, or wanting to reconnect with what matters to them. You don’t need to have a clear answer before we start. We can work that out together.
There isn’t a set formula for life coaching. Your sessions are shaped around what is happening in your life and what you want to explore.
We might look at:
What is within your control, what is getting in the way, and what possibilities could you explore?
What are your values, priorities and needs at this stage of your life?
What is happening in your life, and what feels difficult, unclear or no longer aligned?
What small, realistic steps could help you move forward?
What would a fulfilling and sustainable next chapter look like for you?
Coaching isn’t about becoming a different person. It’s about understanding yourself and your situation more clearly, and having the confidence to make choices that work for you.
You might:
Approach change with more steadiness and perspective
Recognise what supports your wellbeing and performance
Feel more confident making decisions
Understand yourself and your situation more clearly
Take steps forward at a pace that feels right for you
Communicate your needs and boundaries more clearly
Develop practical strategies for work and life
